About AEGEE Bakı

AEGEE-Baki – European Students' Forum Baku Public Union is one of young local antenna of AEGEE network. It is a non-political, secular and non-commercial youth organization. Our members are students from various universities and young professionals.

Our goal is to promote, support and broaden up the international cooperation, democracy, human rights, tolerance, European integration and European standards on education. Considering Azerbaijan as a part of Europe , AEGEE-Baki is encouraging relations, cooperation and integration between young people of Azerbaijan and Europe . For this purpose, the organization is organizing international and local events, summer universities, language courses, participates in them and holds other related events.

Now let's get to know what is AEGEE? - Association des États Généraux des Etudiants de l`Europe – in translation it means European Students Forum. AEGEE is one of the biggest interdisciplinary student associations in Europe; it is represented by 20.000 students, active in 270 academic cities, in 47 countries all around Europe , which presents amazing culture variety. AEGEE is a secular, non-profit organization, not linked to any political party. All projects and activities are based on voluntarily work of its members.
